Employee will resolve work problems.Recommend measures to improve performance.Assist and guide staff in various job duties as well as in safety procedures and company policies.Co-ordinate, assign and review work of employees; scheduling transportation crews and routes; establish work schedules and procedures; train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.Dispatch drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and effectiveness is maintained in the operations.Resolve operating problems.Ensure proper procedure and policies of the company being followed in a delivery process.
