IFW/The Liquidation Centre is hiring a sales assistant!
Are you outgoing, people oriented, and love
helping people save money?
We are hiring immediately to fill a 1 year maternity leave with excellent prospects of full time permanent employment at the end of the leave.
We are a family owned and operated business in Saskatoon that
brings in a wide variety of quality goods from furniture
and other products to our busy stores in the North end.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-meeting and greeting clients
-writing sales receipts and managing pickups and deliveries
of sold items
-assisting clients to find product when our sales staff is unavailable
-stocking and regularly maintaining the appearance of the
showroom floor
Wage will be based on experience
and performance.
The successful candidate will be very computer literate, having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji and Google Suite will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be at ease dealing with office details and the general public, writing receipts, confirming orders and checking incoming and outgoing shipments. The successful candidate will have excellent phone skills, and an ability to multitask.
Calm and cool under pressure will contribute to your success. Some sales skills would be a bonus, but the successful candidate need only be willing to learn this portion of the job. Benefits Available!
