Description

We are looking for Administrative Assistant to help us exceed the expectations of our clients as we deliver on our commitments in an efficient, friendly and, naturally, compliant manner.

The Administrator Assistant is responsible for implementing the new and ongoing advice provided to our clients as well as maintaining our annual ongoing client service program by working closely with the Financial Advisers, Paraplanner and the Practice Manager.

Preparing and submitting client applications, switches, withdrawals etc
First appointment packs and meeting confirmations.
Setting up new client details in our softwarre
Maintaining records of all client activity in our client management software.
Ensuring ongoing service agreement obligations are met for all clients
Liaising with fund managers, insurance companies and other financial product providers to ensure implementation is proceeding according to plan
Overseeing production and provision of regular client reports, and other client communications.
Ensuring administrative processes are completed remain efficient and compliant
Establishing and maintaining strong personable relationships with our valued clients
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face to face upon arrival for meetings and over the phone
