Do you enjoy problem solving and working with technology? Driving Change Automotive Group is looking for a candidate with computer and networking experience to join our IT team!

The successful candidate will be a part of our IT & Administration team that is responsible for the Driving Change Automotive Group central operations, headquartered at Bennett Dunlop Ford in Regina, SK and its other three (3) dealerships located Moose Jaw, Winnipeg & Carman.

The position is a part-time role, 25-30 hours a week with the opportunity for full-time in the future. Ideally this role would be best suited for a new graduate, or an IT professional who is looking to reduce their hours and responsibilities in the industry while still providing value and support to a growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

-User maintenance
-Computer deployment & maintenance
-Phone system support including remote phone support for offline users
-General helpdesk & troubleshooting assistance


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

-Microsoft 365 experience
-Experience with PBS Dealer Management Software, Mitchell Estimating Software or Fastparts software would be an advantage but not required
-The ideal applicant will have a diploma or certificate in Computer Networking or Computer Science
-1-2 experience with help desk support and general computer/phone deployment
-Understanding of LAN, routers, switches is a must-have requirement
