Job Description: The Transformational Services team is a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team who deliver change at 3sHealth and for the Health system.The team is looking for a tenacious, positive individual to join them as a Project Manager, helping to transform health care in the province.

The Project Manager, who is self-paced and team-oriented, will do this by utilizing the Transformational Services teams' project delivery framework to ensure that projects deliver to the customers needs while balancing  the need for an appropriate amount of project management controls.

Reporting to the Director of Transformational Services, the Project Manager will be required to:

Manage multiple complex IT and health projects concurrently.

Run Request for Proposals (RFPs) in conjunction with the provincial contracting team.

Understand the impact of technology integration as it relates to the change from current to future state.

Consider management of change as a key success factor in the project.

Actively contribute to the maturity of the Transformational Services teams' project delivery framework.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree in business administration, computer sciences; or a related field and a minimum of five years related experience at a Project Manager level; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

A Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI) or PRINCE 2 designation, is preferred;

Agile Experience or Certification

Business Analyst/Change Management/Six-Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification is an asset.

Experience

Cross-industry experience an asset.
