Maintenance Person to perform the following tasks ( but not limited to just these)-
-general urban maintenance
-cutting grass with zero turn mower
-street maintenance/repair
-turning water on and off as required
-snow removal with tractor
-maybe asked to pick stone or rock
-rake on muncipal roads
Wage as per Union Contract. Hours of work is determined by work availability. Once Probation of 30 working days are finished, benefits will be available and will need to follow the Union Contract. Safety Certificates for OH&S would be an asset otherwise training will be provided.
