CONTENT/STRUCTURAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN:Part-time/full-time (dependant of work coming in)

Experience/knowledge in Content and structural cleaning and other related industries is an asset but not necessary. Knowledge of cleaning fabrics (laundry, leathers, shoes, etc.) will be a sure win. Computer skills are an asset, and also being organized in all areas with a sharp sense to detail.
You will be trained to operate the Esporta Wash System.
The right candidate will display initiative, willingness to learn while on the job site with a supervisor, and collaborate with the team creating solutions to complete tasks at hand. Using/learning cleaning techniques will be expected.You will gain knowledge of handling people's contents with Respect, Concern, and Care.
You may get crossed trained into the emergency tear out division to assist with removing structural materials, such as carpet, drywall, doors/trim, baseboards...
You must have the willingness/ability to learn appropriate customer service skills to build trust with our clients. You must be approachable. Must be willing to wear clothing/foot wear appropriate for the job.
This is a physically demanding job at most times.
Starting Wage will be negotiable.
You must have a valid class 5 drivers license. Must have valid references from previous employers.
