food service supervisor
1. Oversee and manage areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance.
2. Insure that all proper systems and routines are incorporated into the day to day operations of the restaurant.
3. Responsible for the development and achievement of the restaurant, business plan by working with the owner.
4. Insure guest service in all areas in the restaurant meets tongs wok restaurant standards.
5. Responds to customer complains, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and insure customer satisfaction is maintained in the restaurant.
6. Train staff through orientation, ongoing feedback, the establishment of performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
