**Position located in Vancouver, BC (lower mainland)**

The Role:
The Director will determine future client needs for mutual growth and build client buy in; identifying key client decision makers and execute an account plan that leads to sales growth and increased market-share through opportunity spotting and field sales referrals.  Starting from a solid base of credit union clients the Director will lead the bank's new strategy into commercial and personal banking markets outside Concentra's traditional scope.

We are looking for someone who will execute Concentra's approved strategic alliance strategy by establishing key relationships with clients  through the leadership of strategic and conceptual discussions that lead to business referrals. This position will work from a home-based office.

Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or equivalent combination
Professional designation an asset
7+ years of progressive experience in the financial services sector in sales, consulting, financial analysis and/or product management
Demonstrated track record of developing new business and driving revenue growth
A good working knowledge of the Credit Union system
Ability to travel throughout BC is required
