Description

Bold Growth is looking for a full-time Mechanical and Maintenance Supervisor to direct and oversee current facility maintenance.  This position is accountable for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.  

Key Responsibilities
-Monitor day to day operations, prioritize work orders as needed, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
-Perform routine maintenance and create detailed schedules for proper equipment maintenance
-Write maintenance reports and create proper documentation for equipment calibration
-Fully understand hydronic cooling and mechanical systems
-Assists in the repair and/or maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
-Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
-Prepare and implement departmental procedures and systems for; preventative maintenance, maintenance requisitions, scheduled work and continued quality improvement/risk management programs.
-Promptly reports/takes corrective action to address actual or potentially hazardous situations
-Maintain a high standard of quality control at all times.
-Ensures that on-site work areas are clean and safe
-Ensure that all change orders are properly executed and indicated on as-built plans.
-Maintain close communication with Manager.
-Performs other duties as required.

Experience and Requirements
-4th  Class Power Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of maintenance or technical experience
-Proven leadership Skills
-Must have experience with policy writing and document control.
-Saskatchewan Drivers License
-Must be able to work with minimum supervision
