As a valuable member of the information technology team, the Programmer Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, documenting, operating, evaluating and maintaining all system applications for the effective update, reconciliation and audit of Plan member records to achieve and maintain the highest degree of member record data integrity.

Qualified candidates will possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Technology or related field, supplemented by two or more years of experience writing queries and reports using SQL and developing applications with Java and/or other object-oriented languages in an Oracle environment. A combination of equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.

To succeed in this position, you will have strong mathematical skills and information technology knowledge and skills. You will also be proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
