Century West Renovations and Restorations has the following opportunity:
Duties:
Work includes commercial and home restoration services after a disaster (wind, mould, asbestos, fire and flood). General duties include painting walls and ceilings, painting doors, and trim work. Being able to perform drywall taping and repairs is an asset.
Skills & Abilities:
Diverse skill set and creativity to problem solve
Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
Knowledgeable of safety regulations and procedures applicable to the construction industry
Good communication skills
Be flexible and work overtime as required
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Physically demanding with a combination of sitting, standing, walking; bending, crouching, kneeling; Tight deadlines; Overtime required
Experience Required:
Must have minimum 3-year painting experience
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol pre-employment test in accordance with our Drug and Alcohol policy
Satisfactory criminal record
Valid Canadian Drivers Licence with satisfactory driving abstract
