DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE


Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconciliations of vendor accounts to statements.
Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules and accounts.
Process and reconcile intercompany accounts.
Responsible for effectively communicating, assisting and collaborating with all internal and external clients. Take ownership of issues and ensure a successful resolution.
General administrative tasks as assigned.
Other accounting department duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


Accounts Payable experience is and asset and preference given to candidates with previous automotive dealership accounting experience.  
Proficiency in computer applications. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK software is an asset.
Must have a proven ability to prioritize task and effectively maintain a monthly deadline driven schedule.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional work ethic.
Training and support within the role will be provided.
