102058423 Saskatchewan Inc/Ltd. DBA Red Swan Pizza Swift Current located at Unit 1, 1747 Memorial Drive, Swift Current is looking for three (3) Cooks for the restaurant. This is a permanent full-time position. Candidate will be working at the location mentioned above. Wages will be $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Applicants to have secondary school completed and work experience of minimum three years as a Chef/ Cook. The candidate is expected to have good oral and written communication skills.
This position will report to Restaurant Manager.

Following will be the duties and responsibilities of the Cook:

    Knowledge of Indian and Pakistani food preparation.
    Should know to prepare the base sauces of Indian and Pakistani Cuisine
    Should be able to work in Pizza and Extra Section.
    Prepare food and meals according to head Chefs recipe
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Pizzas and foods as instructed.
    Prepare special meals for people who have dietary concern as instructed by head chef.
    Supervise kitchen helpers.
    Help other sections in kitchen operations as needed.
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    May set up and oversee Special menu for catering orders
    Clean kitchen and work area
    May plan and determine size and portions of Pizzas and extras,
    Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies and inform chef
