102058423 Saskatchewan Inc/ Ltd. DBA Red Swan Pizza Swift Current located at Unit 1, 1747 Memorial Drive, Swift Current is looking for three (3) Food Service Supervisors for the restaurant. This is a permanent full-time position. Candidate will be working at the location mentioned above. Wages will be $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Applicant to have secondary school completed and work experience of minimum three years in supervisory or management-related field. The candidate is expected to have good oral and written communication skills.

This position will report to Restaurant Manager.

Following are the duties and responsibilities of food service supervisor:

    Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff

    Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

    Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.

    Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.

    May participate in the selection of food service staff

    Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget.

    Train the staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales

    Investigate customer complaints and service suggestions

    Determine staffing needs and assist in the hiring of new employees.

    Ensure food quality and service meet quality control standards.

    Participate and assist in development of policies and procedure.

    Maintain clean restaurant and keep records of cleaning activities.

    Related duties assigned from time to time by the store Manager
