Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is accepting applications Full-Time, Permanent Payroll Clerk Position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in similar role with responsibility for accounts payable and payroll.
Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations.
Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (ADP)
Exquisite math and numerical skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
Responsibilities:
Validate all data recorded, both daily, weekly and by pay period.
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Record, store, and/or analyze computerized financial and payroll information.
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
Maintain, update, create, secure, and archive employee payroll records and files.
*Other duties as assigned by Manager.
