The Role You Will Play:
- Accurately recording all work.
- Repairing, servicing or assembling all types of farm machinery.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Background Profile:
- An ideal candidate would possess a journeyman status in AET, or equivalent in training and experience.
- Proficiency with all tools of the trade including electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, engine, power-train and air conditioning for all types of farm machinery.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting to 50lbs and upwards to 100lbs, walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested. Understand that in addition to emergencies overtime may be scheduled during the busy seeding through harvest seasons.
