Summer Student JobOur painting team is looking for motivated individuals to join our summer painting team! We are looking for the most motivated student-aged people in Prince Albert, SK, who want to be a part of a group of awesome people earning what they are worth.
About the position:
Fast paced, fun environment
Hands on experience in customer service and communication
Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people. WORKING WITH FRIENDS IS ENCOURAGED, so apply together if you wish!
No previous experience required
Quality, hands on painting training will be provided
Summer jobs can lead to future opportunities within the company
Starting rate dependent on experience. Paid by piecework, by beating budgets one can make over 20$ per hour!
Raises based on proven skill after start date
Bonuses will depend on performance as judged by the Manager
Position Descriptions
Painter:
This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable and has effective communication skills.
Crew Manager:
In addition to painting, in this role you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew of 2-3 people. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.
PRESEASON MARKETER
We are also looking to hire a team of door to door marketers for the preseason and summer, starting this February to August. Operating times will consist of Monday to Thursday 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm, for a minimum of 4 hours per week. 12$ per hour plus bonuses per lead. Those in this position will be preferred for our full-time painting positions in the summer! Again we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FRIENDS TO APPLY TOGETHER
Requirements:
Students are preferred
Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer
Must have own transportation
Manual labor and ladder work required
