Show off your CNC machining and leadership talents and learn new techniques to add to your experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Program and design automated manufacturing processes and CNC machine operations.
Train and mentor other machinists and CNC operators.
Define and improve routing times and design of routing flow between machines.
Work with management on process and operation improvement initiatives including 6S.
Create and maintain setup and change over instructions.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with CNC setup of lathes and mills.
Working knowledge of writing and evaluating G-Code. Experience with Mastercam and CAD software is a plus.
Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
Technical writing style and supervisor level communication.
