Position: Full time, permanent.

The Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting in implementing fund development strategies to support the growing demands of the LlHS. Providing varied and vital support and assistance in the areas of Fund Development, Stewardship, and LIHS Donor program.

Responsibilities:
Develop and build donor centric relationships with individuals, community groups and organizations. Primarily responsible for donor relations, LIHS event coordination, administrative duties related to donor management system (Etapestry), liaise and support 3rd Party Fundraising, and coordinate annual giving campaigns. Foster a culture of philanthropy throughout all interactions within LIHS and in the community. May require flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
Education in a related Business Administration field, experience and/or education in Human Services. Experience in Fund Development, donor development, and/or event coordination would be considered an asset. A working knowledge of database systems in relation to donor management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. Previous experience working in the non-profit sector and an understanding of family violence would be considered an asset.
