Description

The Quality Analyst is responsible to enter and analyze QMS data, create, maintain, and monitor metrics in order to identify opportunities essential to tangibly improving the effectiveness of Brandts Quality Management System.  This position will require cooperatively working with various departments and locations and the position reports to the Quality Manager.

Work with the Quality team to identify, create, and maintain tangible metrics that are company wide
Understand requirements to maintain Brandts current certifications
Work with Brandts Customer Service and Warranty team, accounting, and all other necessary departments to create and maintain accurate metrics and reports necessary to measure the effectiveness of Brandts QMS
Analyze NCR data to identify trends and opportunities for areas of quality improvement,   reduction of cost, and increased effectiveness of Brandts QMS
Efficient data entry and meticulously maintain quality documents and quality records
Ensure accuracy and consistency of supplied reports
Create and assign internal audits of Brandt processes and procedures when lack of compliance is suspected
Standardize Quality forms, templates, processes, and reports enterprise wide to create consistency.
Various other administrative/analytical type tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent organization and team collaboration skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
In depth knowledge of quality, design, manufacturing processes
Highly analytical with a detail focus
Results orientated and a strong work ethic
Ability to build rapport, establish credibility and influence others to change
Minimum of 5 years experience in a design and manufacturing environment
Technical education with a focus on quality, design, and manufacturing
Strong computer skills especially with excel
Familiarity with a Quality Management System
