Star Facility Services Inc., a fast paced growing commercial cleaning company in Western Canada has an exciting career opportunity with bright future full of expansion and growth for an experienced and qualified Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Star team in the City of Regina.
Days and Hours of work:  Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm  (35 hours/ Week)
Reports to: Administrative Manager & General Manager
Job Overview: Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business and support the work of the management.
Duties: include, but not limited to; Use computer word processing, spreadsheet and database software Microsoft Access to prepare reports, memos and documents etc. , Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner, Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate manager, Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases and Back-up electronic files using proper procedures, Provide administrative support to management including making calls to prospect clients, prepare marketing proposals, agreement etc., Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements if required , Any other duties assigned by management, including, but not limited to administration.  
                                                                                              
Education & Experience: Required: (Apply if you meet all required Education & Experience):
    High School Diploma, Post- Secondary education in business, computer or office management is an asset, Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in office setting, Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite etc. , Previous experience using Microsoft Access & CRM is an asset

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Must have excellent communication skills, sociable, polite & dynamic
    Proficiency in the use of computer programs: MS Access, Excel, Word etc.
