Description

Manage grain inventories and detailed production records. Maintain equipment maintenance records. Assist with crop planning. Develop work schedules. Supervise and train farm workers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Oversee farm operations (when farm owner is not present) Scouting fields and coordinating field operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Run GPS prescription maps for seeding and spraying and yield maps for harvest. Carryout GPS Software updates. Manage water systems for trucking and fueling stations. Ensure bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
