Ensure the quality and safety of all outgoing product
Assist in maintaining records of all quality, heath and safety matters in accordance with ISO standards and government regulations
Ensuring customer product specifications are maintained, certified and recorded in accordance with their needs
Perform analytical testing for product quality and baking test.
Prepare daily laboratory reports for all product runs
Respond to customer product questions and comments
Perform other duties assigned by the QA Manager
HACCP and/or baking experience considered an asset
