Explore this exciting opportunity as Human Resources Generalist with a reputable, expanding agricultural organization based in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

In this leadership role, you will be accountable for all areas of Human Resources,
including providing sound advice to the management team and developing a high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and teamwork.

Your  responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Executive and Management team to plan and coordinate human resources programs and strategies.  Provide high-quality advice and service to managers to promote positive, productive teamwork and employee relations.  
- Coach and mentor Managers/Supervisors to ensure a smooth performance review and career planning process.  
- Provide human resources leadership to ensure the company attracts, develops and retains high quality talent at all levels.  
- Administer the compensation and benefits program, including data collection, payroll calculations and processing of information.  
    
Education:
- A related Degree/Diploma in human resources or business administration is preferred.  
- CPHR professional designation is a definite asset.  

Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
