Lekivetz Farms is seeking to fill a full-time Landscape position. We are located 45 km south of Regina near Riceton.
Duties will include development and maintenance of landscape features, plants and irrigation systems. Full-time work (40 hours per week) will begin in April and run into late fall, with the possibility for winter work for the right candidate.
Required Experience:
Previous experience working with landscape design layout, development & maintenance, irrigation installation, planting bed construction, in addition to experience with tree & shrub care.
Experience operating skid steers, trenchers, lawn mowers,and other yard maintenance equipment.
Must have a valid class 5 drivers licence with clean abstract & dependable transportation.
Other qualities:
Must be able to work in a team & independently.
Ability to source trees, shrubs, plants & maintain them.
Proven ability to run all aspects of a landscape construction project.
Produce high quality work.
Be physically fit & able to work outdoors doing manual labour.
Ability to train other employees with the techniques of landscape & yard maintenance.
Salary - $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
