Description

Process mailbox opening or renewing; Receive, sort, and place mail in mailbox modules daily;
    Record all sales on cash register and process cash, cheque, money orders, and credit/debit card transactions; generate monthly tender report for accounting.
    Liaise with technical supplier to maintain or upgrade all software systems; Operate Counter Management System (CMS) computer, including all software packages;
    Receive and process packages for UPS/DHL/Canpar/Kindersley and other couriers, including lifting and weighing of packages on scale, accessing the Manifest Software, scheduling the pickup;
    Retrieve packages of up to 70 pounds from the customers vehicle when requested utilizing dolly or cart;
    Pack contents for shipping using loose fill, bubble wrap, construct boxes, cut polystyrene; Pack up to 700 pounds packages on palette;
    Follow up orders of printing, rubber stamp, suppliers, packing materials and etc;
    Manage packaging inventories, and place the order independently if necessary.
    Analyze monthly shipping claims to propose the training or other actions to improve the services;
    Assist store manager to train staffs to learn best practices monthly;
    Update in-store promotion display monthly in terms of promotion plan;
    Conduct color machine calibration once two weeks; Place ink/toner order if necessary; Make service call when the machines are down;
    Manage paper inventory in terms of different weights, sizes and brightness';
    Develop new business including cold call, customer visiting and etc;
    Conduct marketing survey quarterly to propose new pricing plans to store manager;
    All other duties as assigned.
