We are looking for an experienced engineer to fill a Technical Sales Engineer position in our Saskatoon location. This individual will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities for existing and new customers by providing custom/design solutions and overseeing the project from concept to completion by working with and supporting the current engineering staff in Saskatoon. As part of our long term strategic growth initiative, this individual will also have the opportunity to grow an engineering department in Saskatoon.

Competencies will include:
An Engineering Degree
A technical background with 10+ years of industrial experience.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships for mutual business success.
Problem solving skills.
Leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
Consistently making ethical, trustworthy and respectful decisions.
A valid drivers license and a clear driving record with the ability to travel frequently.
A valid passport for international travel.
