Small Financial Services Office looking for Receptionist/Admin Assistant/Book keeper
Looking for someone with experience who needs little to no training. Ideal Candidate would have experience working with a Financial Advisor or in the banking industry. This is not a requirement but helpful for sure. I am also looking for someone with Book keeping experience as we have several book keeping clients.
Computer experience and knowledge is absolutely mandatory, as most of our programs and business is done through online systems. You must be a quick learner and be self motivated and organized as we have several lines of business and there are always a lot of moving parts and follow up needed.
Must be able to work independently as they will spend a lot of time working alone in the office as I travel quite a bit for work. This person is the front face of my business and needs to be well kept and pleasant. We deal with sensitive issues for people and there has to be a level of compassion and friendliness. Our clients are like family so we like to treat them that way.
Hours are flexible, but the ideal candidate would be ok with only working from 10:00 - 3:00 or some variation of that.
Hourly wage will be dependent on experience and ability, and there will be regular performance reviews with raises.
