The Organization:
The Village at Stonebridge is Saskatoons newest, most innovative enriched senior living community. Much like an all-inclusive resort, this vibrant community represents a new generation of retirement living not found in Saskatoon to date. The Village is part of LutherCares Continuum of Living model. A fully accredited community, The Village offers 159 suites for independent seniors, a licensed Bistro open to the public and an intermediate care home
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Lead is accountable for actively managing the leasing process of suites for independent seniors in the Village at Stonebridge. The Sales Lead is the first point of contact for all potential residents and their families, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, while enhancing the public image of LutherCare Communities on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will be energetic, motivating and ready to sell in a fast paced professional environment. Able to adapt with changing demands, the successful candidate will be flexible while dedicated to providing luxury service. A candidate would typically qualify for this position with the qualifications, knowledge, skills and abilities below:
Post-secondary degree/certificate related to the position or minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
Demonstrate exceptional understanding of seniors, product knowledge, report/lead base management, and current competitive intelligence.
Exceptional networking and sales skills
Able to develop and maintain referral relationships
Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with office systems
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English
