What will you be doing?
    Collaborating closely with a variety of teams on the development, quality assurance, & release of new products or product enhancements to ensure success for the entire organization
    Recommending upgrades & modifications to improve system performance
    Supporting product training & tradeshows & providing technical expertise
    Working with the Business Development & Customer Support teams in order to uncover & understand customer needs & translate them into product requirements
    Communicating team progress & bringing any major issues to management
    Developing & maintaining documentation
What skills will you have?
    A Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or business
    Ability to influence & direct cross-functional teams
    Excellent organizational skills, including ability to translate business objectives into IT requirements & manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities & problem-solving skills
