Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Accounting Admin for a term position.

This is an evolving position and responsibilities may shift over time.

The Role:
-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Distribute invoices for authorization
-Pay bills
-Update and maintain vendor accounts
-Post customer payments
-Processing, coding, and entering supplier invoices

The Ideal Candidate:
-At least 3 years experience in a comparable position
-Post-secondary education in accounting preferred
-Experience with QuickBooks or Sage / Simply Accounting
-Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
-The successful individual will have an eye for detail and be able to perform duties accurately within given time constraints.
-Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills are absolute musts!!
