Description

Supervising and ensuring proper coordination of work with cleaning staff.
Inspecting and arranging routine maintenance and cleaning on the site and/or facility in accordance with the health and safety standards;
Performing certain cleaning duties and activities;
Resolving the issues and complaint in a timely and personable manner;
Hire and train or arrange the training of the cleaning staff;
Assist cleaners in performing certain job duties and responsibilities;
Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services;
Receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs;
Making work schedule of the employees and coordinating the activities with those of other departments;
Reporting to Manager in case of any repair needed or following up with contractors in the absence of Manager;
Monitor supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner;
Perform other related work, as required.
