We are looking for an Office Manager with a desire to join our growing team.

IN THE ROLE YOU WILL:
*Organize and implement office operations and procedures
*Guide financial decisions, and protect assets, by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
*Process account payables, account receivables, and payroll
*Design filing systems
*Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
*Review and approve supply requisitions
*Track and report client cycle
*Work closely with and report to the Management team
*Be an advocate in the community

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
*Minimum 3 years of office, or related, experience
*Accounting experience
*Strong initiative
*Excellent communication skills
