Swayze Concrete Ltd. is a family owned and operated company with locations throughout southern Saskatchewan. We strive for a safe and friendly work environment for all employees. With our new concrete plant currently under construction in Assiniboia we are accepting resumes for a concrete plant Supervisor /Batchperson.
We are looking to hire a versatile community minded person who can batch concrete as well as drive. The ability to work overtime hours, occasional evenings and weekends is preferred. Although not required, preference will be given to applicants with a valid 1-A or 3-A licence. The individual will be responsible for operations of both our Assiniboia and Gravelbourg plants and fleet.
Duties to include but not limited to batching concrete, driving, competition of paperwork, and routine maintenance of plants and equipment. In coordination with Senior Management, the selected individual will also be responsible for overseeing workers, approving time, participating in site inspections and safety meetings.
Concrete knowledge will be considered an asset. Full training will be provided for the selected candidate. Salary will be negotiated based on skill set. We offer employees a full benefit package after a three month probation period has been completed
