Ensure smooth operation of restaurant equipment.
Arrange and contact service providers for maintenance and repair work.
Requisition supplies and materials.
Resolve work-related problems, prepare and submit operation reports.
Establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities with other personnel within the facility.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Will be required to transport between Lebret Regina.
