In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world; we are looking for a General Manager based out of Swift Current.  

As General Manager of Region 1 (Swift Current, Maple Creek, Kyle and Shaunavon) you will be responsible for the leadership, development and achievement of the organizations business plans, goals and meeting the expectations of stakeholders.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Leadership in the areas of physical assets, employees, business processes, and financial resources; Coaching and development of Branch Managers in region; Develop and execute business and marketing plans; Leads the dealership operations in sound business practices, processes, and making decisions; Ensures the dealerships reputation and image in the community is consistent; Leads and manages on-going relationships with John Deere personnel and other suppliers; Manage, with Human Capital, recruiting, staffing and employee development activities

The ideal candidate will have:
Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field; Combination of education and experience may be considered; 7+ years of management and inventory control experience in increasingly responsible roles; In-depth knowledge of the ag industry, combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operation; Demonstrated experience in leading others and successfully coaching within an organization.
