Registered Pharmacy Technician

Meadow Lake Co-operative Association Limited invites applications for the position of a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
Meadow Lake Co-operative Association Limited welcomes applications for a positive and enthusiastic Registered Pharmacy Technician to be located at the Meadow Lake Co-operative Pharmacy.

What you will do:
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will;
Support pharmacological services by stocking, assembling and distributing medication.
Provide superior customer service to clients at all times.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and prescription records of pharmaceuticals.
Organize medications for pharmacists to dispense.
Ensure that clients prescriptions are accurate.
Keep records of clients information and bill insurers.
Attend to healthcare workers and patients on the phone and referring them to the pharmacists if needed.
Maintain a safe and clean environment and comply the rules and regulations.

Who you are:
You have a Pharmacy Technician license to practice and are in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
You are professional and brand-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor to model a strong customer focus.
High level of professionalism.
You look for continuous improvement through optimizing work processes.
You are action oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong interpersonal savvy; relating openly & comfortably with diverse groups of people.
