Swayze Concrete Ltd is a family owned and operated company with locations throughout southern Saskatchewan.
We are currently looking to hire an administrative assistant for our Weyburn office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support. Duties to include, but are not limited to answering phones, taking orders, invoicing, assisting walk in clients, filing, faxing, photocopying, mail, deposits, ticket tracking and assisting Managers with various duties.
Candidate must have excellent oral and written skills, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills, flexible, able to multi-task, organizational skills, prior office experience, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, training in Simply Accounting Software will be considered an asset.
Position will remain open until suitable candidate is found.
