Action Services is now hiring for a permanent position in the Reconstruction Division.
We serve the Insurance Industry for the removal and repairs of damaged structure in residential and commercial spaces caused by Water and Fire damage.
Reconstruction, for the purpose of returning the home to a pre-loss condition is part of the services that we offer our clients.
Do you have any of these skills? ...painting, drywall, trim, hanging doors, t-bar ceilings, minor framing, reset cabinets and tops, reset wall fixtures...
From time to time you also must be willing to be a part of the team that does the demo of the loss (this would be when we are having a high volume of calls for emergency work coming in).
The right candidate will display initiative, willingness to learn while on the job site with the lead, and collaborate with the team creating solutions to complete tasks at hand. Some technical skills will be required.
We have an expectation that our clients home and contents will be respected while we continue to work on their project.
You must have the willingness/ability to learn appropriate customer service skills to build trust with our clients. You must be approachable. Must be willing to wear clothing and foot wear appropriate for the job.
We supply tools and vehicles to and from the job site.
Starting wage is negotiable and dependent on the skills you bring to the company. We are willing to pay up to $18-24/hr if you have the right skills and can display them on site proficiently and efficiently within the time allowed.

Must Have References.
Must have a valid class 5 drivers license.
