Description

Jubilee Residents Inc. requires summer coverage for reception/facility assistant's functions, accounts receivable and accounts payables.

Other Duties Include:
Records and file maintenance;
Correspondence, letters, lists, memorandums etc;
Research of various issues and compilation of information;
Performance of related duties and special projects as assigned;
Other clerical duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:
Must be strong in English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience working within a high volume, time intensive organization;
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information;
High working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Programs;
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
Professional, supportive, and positive attitude in all interactions

Successful Applicants must be currently enrolled in a post secondary Institution and returning to full time  Studies in the Fall of 2020.
