Description

I&M Welding & Fabricating Ltd. is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator. This position will be responsible for operation of CNC drilling and plasma cutting equipment in custom fabrication shop environment. Tasks will include material handling, machine setup, basic programming, machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.

Applicants should be familiar with operation of automated equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.
Must be comfortable using computers.
Must be capable of heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
CAD and CNC programming experience is an asset.
Overhead crane experience is an asset.
Experience in a structural steel, misc metals and custom fabrication setting is an asset.

Wage will vary depending on experience, certification, and capabilities. I&M Welding & Fabricating provides a complete benefit package, a clean safe work environment and annual boot allowance.
