Plan, organize, and evaluate the purchasing activities of the business
Manage, hire and training sales associates
Identify vendors of none-medicinal and over the counter medications
Evaluate cost and quality of non-medicinal goods to provide best price and services to the customers
Market research, finding customer's demand, plan to increase sale volumes and study the effect of competitors' operations on sale
Participate in the improvement of purchasing the products that will respond to the needs of local community
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
Help us for providing and establishing some services to the first Nations living in reserve near our pharmacy
