Description

Western CML
Western CML Cleaners Ltd. is the largest window cleaning company in Southern Saskatchewan. Our priority is the safety of our employees. We invest significantly in training and have made a substantial investment in equipment to mitigate the risks associated with our work. In 2018, Western CML Cleaners Ltd became COR Certified. We are always exploring new ways to work more safely, effectively and efficiently. As a result, we are able to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Position Summary
The Supervisor, Specialty and Window cleaning is responsible to oversee the delivery of services to all contract customers (6 storeys and below). This includes supervision of all employees in this area, equipment management, scheduling and training.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for scheduling all jobs and coordinating a crew, training new employees, supervision of employees, washing windows and specialty cleaning duties as required. This role is part of our expansion into Saskatoon. While we have one large contract in the city, we are looking to grow the business. Therefore, the supervisor would be responsible for business development and attracting new clients. The supervisor will also be expected to communicate daily tasks and challenges to the VP, Operations, create new documents to manage work processes when necessary and update and dispatch jobs on FleetMatics.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, client service skills, organizational and time management skills. This person works well independently as well as part of a team. A valid drivers license is required. Safety training is also required and company-paid including wage during training time. Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
