Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, CEO of Northbound Planning and membership Administrations and Councils, the AMT1 is responsible for data entry, quality control of the data entered, data collection, processing reports and other various levels of roles and responsibility within this field.
Job tasks include:
1. A strong desire and capability to learn, grow, and develop new skills
2. Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of data entry activities
3. Establish and enhance strong working relationships with various internal teams and external municipalities
4. Performs work in accordance to established processes and practices
5. Commitment of compliance with all internal and external policies including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, cybersecurity, and other related policies
6. Ensure data being entered into the integrity database is accurate and complete with all due diligence; thoroughly understand the importance of data accuracy and completeness to the effective implementation of an integrity management program
7. Assist in enhancing municipal client satisfaction and maintaining positive relations through the way work is performed and services delivered
8. Ability to think analytical when working with municipal clients to solve unforeseen challenges
