Based in one of the four (4) campus locations, The Director IT Operations reports to the AVP, ITS for the operational well-being of the IT organization. As a member of the senior management assembly, this position plays a key role in academic leadership and strategic planning across the institution. The Director IT Operations will have three managers in the area of Infrastructure Services, ERP Services and Enterprise Applications & Integration Services as direct reports and lead a team comprised of 50-65 full-time, part-time, and student staff.
As this position has team members across all campus locations, travel is required between all campuses for program and administrative responsibilities, as well as travel for provincially, nationally, and occasionally.
