Description

Supervising and ensuring proper coordination of work with cleaning staff.
x Inspecting and arranging routine maintenance and cleaning on the site and/or facility in
accordance with the health and safety standards.
x Performing certain cleaning duties and activities.
x Resolving the issues and complaints in a timely and personable manner.
x Hire and train or arrange the training of the cleaning staff.
x Assist cleaners in performing certain job duties and responsibilities.
x Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
x Receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
x Making work schedule of the employees and coordinating the activities with those of other
departments.
x Reporting to Manager in case of any repair needed or following up with contractors in the
absence of Manager.
x Monitor supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
x Perform other related work, as required.
