Description

Bold Growth Inc. is looking for self-starting and highly motivated Cleaning Associates.  The successful candidates must be energetic, extremely organized, and have exceptional time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general and in-depth cleaning of all office and bio-secured areas, including: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing garbage and recycle bins, perform all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, board rooms, restrooms, changerooms, kitchen area, and processing facility as well as washes walls, windows, upholstered furniture and window coverings.
Comfortable using chemicals/cleaners for sanitation
Sanitizing all facility grow rooms
Clean and stock restroom facilities
Clean light fixtures and change bulbs/tubes
Determine needed supplies and equipment
Monitor need for equipment maintenance and repair
Responsible for proper inventory of materials and supplies
Ensure work environment stays clean, organized, hygienic and safe
Follows all SOPs and facility procedures
Maintain a high standard of documentation
Other duties as requested
Requirements
2 years of facility cleaning experience is required
Highly motivated and able to work independently with a team
Must be able to schedule and prioritize, with excellent time management
Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets.
