The Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting several different automotive dealerships within the Key Auto Group by developing and executing marketing initiatives that will have a direct impact on the success of the organization.
This role is a great fit for someone who is highly creative, enjoys working on a variety of tasks simultaneously and can work effectively on multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a demonstrated ability to work independently and will enjoy working with a wide variety of people within a larger team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with a customer database.
- Working closely with management at multiple automotive dealerships to understand individual needs and develop and execute appropriate marketing initiatives.
- Planning and executing advertising campaigns (ie. radio, online).
- Planning, coordinating and attending customer appreciation events.
- Developing social media content, including videos.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma or Certification majoring in Marketing or a similar field.
- Previous employment experience related to marketing is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience and proficiency with visual design and video editing software is considered an asset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills resulting in the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management across the organization.
