Seasonal Project and Research Assistant

8 weeks, Full-Time

The Research Assistant will be involved in collecting, coding, and analyzing data from various research projects; researching for training modules for persons with developmental disabilities and staff on topics such as health and nutrition, human development, developmental disabilities, and dual diagnosis; and in report writing.

Activity A: Research  

-    Conducts literature reviews for clinical and support issues
-    Proposes and utilizes methods and techniques for conducting research
-    Prepares and develops data management systems for clinical and service issues
-    Conducts clinical and research related fieldwork
-    Collects data, and runs appropriate statistical analyses
-    Provides appropriate data summaries and drafts reports  
-    Researches information to develop staff training
-    Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Director of Clinical Services
